Now, master chocolatier Aparna and her partner Chaitanya, a CXO with over 25 years of experience in global business plan to elevate take ZUCI a notch higher, as they launch a new chapter with “The Bougainvillea” - an all-new F&B experience at Jubilee Hills.
Featuring the best of global cuisine, with a bold Hyderabadi twist to international flavours, The Bougainvillea promises to create memories for and with Hyderabad.
Offering continental classics to delectable desserts, this premium experience is for all including friends, families, professionals and brunch-heads looking for something different in the city. Located right above Zuci Chocolates, the bistro sprawls across two floors of luxurious space with a capacity for about 230 guests, including 2 private dining rooms.

An alumnus of the prestigious École Ducasse, France, there was a time when Aparna was not a chocolatier. After 21 years of specialising in communications and leadership management, she decided it was time to truly follow her passion.
Aparna’s global Masterchef experience took her to Belgium and the U.S. as well, while 15 years of research and innovation in chocolate-making took her around the world. Wherever she went, she was constantly looking for something new, something she could take back home and share with everyone - through the craftsmanship and finesse of a chocolatier.
Now, with the launch of The Bougainvillea, Aparna is all set to push the envelope - of both culinary excellence, and the Hyderabadi taste buds.
Speaking at the launch of The Bougainvillwa, Aparna Gorrepati said, “After the outstanding response to ZUCI over the last two years, we are now proud to expand ZUCI in a bigger and bolder avatar as the destination place for the best Chocolate and Dessert experience.
