When you think of Chinese food, the first thing that comes into your mind is dumplings, juicy pork belly, sticky rice and cigar mantou roll.

"Conventionally, the Chinese celebrate the New Year by indulging in dumplings, dishes featuring fish, oranges & noodles amongst many other ingredients, since they are considered lucky," says Chef Stanley, Head Chef of India, Yauatcha.

"As a Modern Cantonese dim sum teahouse, our restaurant commemorates Chinese New Year at a global level. This year is the Year of the Monkey and we have special offerings that celebrate this fact," says Nelson Nair, General Manager, Yauatcha Mumbai.

"Our our chefs have developed a limited edition menu for our customers to experience the flavours of Chinese New Year," Nair added.

These dumplings are a must try. The finely chopped veggies easily manage to tackle your taste bud and you wouldn't resist going for another one.

" I have used unique and luxurious produce such as White Truffle, Belgium Pork Belly & Lobster. In order to suit the Indian palate and preferences, I have included special vegetarian options and ensured a balance of flavors is established in the Chinese New Year menu," says Chef Stanley, Head Chef of India, Yauatcha.

Wok Fried Lobster:

Though not everyone is a lobster fan but when tossed with the right sauce it can make you go crazy. This dish delivers the perfect poise of pulpy and juiciness with classic Hunan spice.

Braised pork belly:
