Ingredients
2 cups Yogurt / (Curd)
1 cup Snake guard
( Padavalanga), peeled and grated
1 Cucumber, peeled and grated
1 Onion, peeled and grated
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
1 Coriander leaves small bunch, finely chopped
Pomegranate fruit ( To garnish)
Salt, to taste
Method
In a large mixing bowl, add the grated Snake guard, and squeeze the water out of it. Add salt, finely chopped Onion and green chilli. Then, add yogurt. Stir all the ingredients well. Finally, garnish the mix with pomegranate seeds and Coriander leaves.
