Vanilla Cup cakes
Ingredients
- 200 gm softened butter
- 100 gm castor sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cup maida
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup custard powder
Method
- Line 18 cupcake trays.
- Beat butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and whisk well.
- Sift the maida, baking powder, custard powder and salt.
- Add to the batter.
- Add milk.
- Bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
