Vanilla Cup cakes

Ingredients

  •  200 gm softened butter
  •  100 gm castor sugar
  •  2 eggs
  •  1½ cup maida
  •  1 tsp baking powder
  •  ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  •  ½ cup custard powder

  Method

  •  Line 18 cupcake trays.
  •  Beat butter and sugar.
  •  Add eggs and whisk well.
  •  Sift the maida, baking powder, custard powder and salt.
  •  Add to the batter.
  •  Add milk.
  •  Bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
