Every morning, I treat myself to a mix of beetroot, carrot, pomegranate and apple juice. It’s a homemade concoction which keeps me energised and glowing all day!

I’m not a believer of fad diets. In fact, I don’t believe in any kind of a diet. I eat balanced meals at short intervals.Though, I’m not a die-hard foodie, I do indulge myself in cheese and butter regularly, as I believe in healthy eating and not depriving myself of anything.

I’m not a gym person. It’s more simple and fun exercises that work for me — such as dancing, cycling and something as basic as pranayama and body stretches.

Fitness to me, means the holistic development of the body and mind. So, in a way, that means one shouldn’t just strive for an enviable body, but peace of mind too. At least, that’s always been my goal.

The easiest way to glowing skin is by sweating it out and hydrating yourself with lots of water. The type of workout doesn’t matter as much as the level of persistence. So, whatever you like, keep at it!
