Harvard doctor claims this is the best exercises for your body

You want to achieve your weight loss goal or get mentally stronger or physically fit. But the idea of running puts you off and you can't seem to find what works for you and your lifestyle.

According to a professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, there are only four types of workouts you need to get your body healthy.

Professor I-Min Lee claims the following exercises are better for "weight loss, muscle building, bone strengthening and improving heart and brain health", the Metro reported.

1. Swimming: If you love a good swim then you'll be happy to know, it gets protects the brain from age-related decline and gets the heart rate going. Just 30 minutes can also help you tackle stress and depression.

2. Tai Chi: It's a slow and meditative practise that is goof for helping you focus and concentrate, as well as calm the mind. It is also reported good for the elderly practising balance.

3. Strength training: Helps you perfect every movement due to its slow pace. Weight training can also drastically reduce your chances of sustaining an injury from running.

4 Walking: Moderate walking for 30 minutes can have beneficial effects on the body and brain.
