A personal trainer reveals trying to switch up workouts can actually slow down your fitness progress, according to a report by the Daily Mail.
Diane Williams of Curvy Goddess Lounge revealed too many exercises could cause injury to the body and inhibit it from adapting to a particular fitness routine.
Even though gyms offer a variety of classes from yoga to kick-boxing, sticking to one will yield better results, William explained.
"Working out has much to do with mindset and associating exercise with fun," she told the Daily Mail.
She recommends ditching all those options and instead to practice a well-rounded workout like circuit training.
