Dog's best friend!

This year, the incident of a dog, now called Bhadra, being flung off a roof by two medical students went viral, causing outrage from people worldwide. Hotel For Dogs founder and animal activist Shravan Krishnan and team took matters into their own hands. They not only tracked down the culprits and took appropriate legal action, but also rescued and rehabilitated Bhadra herself.

He was also responsible for rescuing several of the birds and animals that got injured during the cyclone Vardah, and now we expect to see many more such operations from him. Shravan’s dedicated set of volunteers in the coming year also plan to facilitate the annual hatching of Olive Ridley Turtles in January.
