Erectile dysfunction affects a large number of men across the world and along with age being the major reason, stress and anxiety also contribute to this disorder affecting people across age groups. A recent report pointing out how the US army spends millions a year on Viagra and other drugs for erectile dysfunction has created quite a buzz on social media.

The development also points in the direction of a worrying trend which is a harsh reality for many combat veterans, as they have to struggle with erectile dysfunction and even impotence after post-traumatic stress caused as a result of years in service. Many of them find it difficult to let their guard down emotionally which led to erectile issues as an outcome.

Many of them find it even more troubling since having to take Viagra at a young age with no other health issues is something they find difficult to explain. While therapy does help in a lot of ways, performance in bed still depends a lot on Viagra for a long time.
