How to have a great long-term sex life
You can still enjoy a rocking sex life with your partner if you are willing to experiment in the bedroom.
Most couples complain of sexual boredom after the excitement of the early days of the relationship dies down. But that doesn’t mean that being in a monogamous relationship will now condemn you to a predictable sex life. You can still enjoy a rocking sex life with your partner – if you are willing to experiment in the bedroom, that is.
A recent study has revealed that ensuring some variety in your sex life can keep you as sexually satisfied as you were during the first six months of your relationship, according to The Chicago Tribune.
Researchers surveyed 38, 747 married or cohabiting heterosexual couples that had been together for a period of three years or more for this project. The study participants’ ages ranged from 18 to 65. It was found that those couples that claimed to have a satisfying sex life not only read sexual self-help books and articles but also tried out those tips in the bedroom. These tips could be trying out a new sex position, acting out a sexual fantasy or even using sex toys.
The study also revealed that sexually satisfied men and women were likely to give and receive oral sex, experienced more consistent orgasms and had sex on a frequent basis with their partner.
