Many youngsters in Bengaluru are opting to become travel bloggers.
Youngsters desire to travel across the world to diversify their experience at an early age and to discover the purpose in life. This is the driving force behind every youngster’s fantasy of travel jobs.
For Abhishree J Kumar, a blogger, travelling was the best decision, she has ever taken. “I like to share my experiences with people who haven’t been to these places and give them a glimpse of what it is to be there at that moment and see it through my perspective. Meeting people, seeing it the local way-that’s what shows the best of a place. Don’t be a tourist, be a traveller,” she says.
Personal interests in general keep changing and for today’s youth, routine is boring and they crave adventures. Jocelyn Ann, a student explains why she desires a job as the host of a travel show. “I do not want to get stuck in nine to five pm jobs and constrain myself. We probably see our parents slogging through life and feel like that. The wonderful new experiences, the thrill and the rush of doing new things are exciting. Why would I be stuck in an office unhappy with my job when I can have fun and earn well at the same time?”
You might have witnessed a lot of people coming up with their own travel blogs these days. Ever wondered how do they earn through it? An ambitious journalism student and also a blogger, Kripa Shetty with her love for writing and traveling says, “Travel blogging is not an easy task. But if you are passionate about traveling and writing then you can achieve success in this field. We bloggers usually get paid for advertising brands, writing travel-related articles for websites, photography sales and so on”
Therefore, there is no need to wait till later to experiment life. We all deserve to have a good time travelling and to see what’s out there!
