One man ended up biting into a morbid-looking intact lung after a trip to KFC. Marc Nichollas, who lives in the Queensland, Australia, got the shock of his life when the premium chicken breast he had ordered from a popular fast food outlet turned out to be far from appetizing.

Nicholls, 30, had bought the three-piece meal from a KFC outlet in Labrador, Queensland, Australia. He says that he ended up feeling sick after chewing what he thought was a piece of chicken breast.

“I was disgusted, it was absolutely vile,” he was quoted saying by MailOnline. A spokesperson from KFC explained that the scary-looking piece of tissue was probably a bit of harmless offal that wasn’t thrown away.
