A 55-year-old transgender woman is perhaps the first and only person in the world to have both ears cosmetically removed so that she can look as close as possible to a ‘dragon’. The former banker, born as Richard Hernandez, Arizon, decided that she wanted to become a ‘mythical beast’ after being a pre-op M2F (male to female) transgender for some time.

Now known as Eva Tiamat Baphomet Medusa – or Tiamat for short, the name of a dragon video game character – she not only has horns implanted into her forehead but has also undergone several painful procedures like nosing modification and tooth extraction in her quest to become a ‘dragon’.
