Short though it may have been, Farha Fatima Khan’s stint on the ongoing season of Roadies Xtreme has managed to turn quite a few heads. The Hyderabad-based hairstylist says that she has returned home having learnt quite a lot on the sets of the reality show.

Farha was especially popular among her co-participants and the hosts of the show because of her Hyderabadi accent. “I have followed every season of Roadies ever since I was a kid. With every female participant who made her mark on the show, my desire to be a part of it increased. But since I come from a conservative family, where I was not even allowed to use a mobile phone until after my marriage, participating in Roadies seemed like a distant dream,” she says.

Determined to be a part of the show, Farha landed up in Pune for the auditions, and as luck would have it, she cleared all the rounds of interview. “It was a dream come true for me to meet Rannvijay Singha, Neha Dhupia, Prince Narula, Nikhil Chinapa and Raftaar. I even learned a few kickboxing tricks from Raftaar,” she says. She believes that she is lucky to have an extremely supportive husband who allows her to do things that even her parents would not have. “I am fulfilling all my dreams after marriage. Be it participating in Roadies or learning kickboxing and karate, my husband has no problem. He encourages me,” she adds.

This ambitious girl has a lot of big plans ahead. Apart from pursuing a BBA degree, she plans to learn how to play the guitar and start a YouTube channel. “I am planning to start my own YouTube channel soon. For now, I may collaborate with some established Hyderabad-based YouTubers on some acting projects,” she says.
