Pietro Pizzorni brings classic men's style back to modern music
Pietro discovered his own personal pursuit of a progressive gentlemansomething he lives by
To many he’s known as a DJ. To others, a model and influencer. But when it comes to defining Pietro Pizzorni, one could almost say he’s indefinably complex. With countless interests, both personal and professional across a slew of different industries and areas, Pietro is more the perfect definition of a jack-of-all-trades than anything else.
Though his career in music has given him a noteworthy name with chart topping electronic and melodic techno tracks like AXIOM, at first glance, Pietro is known for his impeccable aesthetic. Growing up on the shores of Miami, he saw such a lack of effort and class in the clothes most men wore. In a city where beach and casual wear is considered everyday wear, Pietro discovered his own personal pursuit of a progressive gentleman—something he lives by. These days, it’s rare when he’s not seen sporting an exquisitely tailored suit.
“In Miami, there’s hardly any class in the way men dress,” he says. “By emulating classic men’s style, I aim to resurrect the aesthetic of a true gentleman.”
After embarking on a career as a blogger with this newfound image of a gentleman, Pietro quickly earned the attention of reputable fashion brands, which then led to a career in modeling for Wilhelmina. Today some of his biggest brand partnerships are with major men’s fashion brands like Stitched, Suit Supply and Ducati.
Going hand in hand with his attire, classic and luxury cars and motorcycles have additionally become part of Pietro’s gentleman aesthetic. Like that of a modern day James Bond, his Instagram page is flooded with dozens of effortlessly curated images where he dons tailored suits, waistcoats, trousers, and jackets, often next to or behind the wheel of a classic Ferrari or Shelby Cobra. Thanks to a fitting relationship with Miami’s Paramount Luxury Rental as well as The Barn, Pietro’s freedom and flexibility to shoot with exotic and classic cars is endless.
But enough about his image. Pietro’s interests go far beyond style and class. In the last year, he’s added even more diversity to his repertoire by picking up a role on Univision’s primetime reality TV show Enamorándonos as the owner of “Pietro’s Bar.” Since the show’s debut in August 2019, the ratings have tripled in less than a year. Thanks to such a great following, Pietro can be seen on Enamorándonos normally airing Monday through Friday from 8-10pm in the evening.
And when he’s not working on the show, Pietro spends his time practicing his tattooing after recently landing an apprenticeship with renowned Miami tattoo artist Asaad Morales of “Marked 4 Life.” With numerous tattoos of his own, Pietro’s interest in becoming a tattoo artist only adds to his modern day take on the progressive gentleman.
But above all, there is Pietro’s undying love for music. In the last 12 years, he’s spent time perfecting his sound, experimenting with electronic music, house, underground and melodic techno. After garnering house residencies with major Miami nightclubs Wall, Floyd and Freehouse, Pietro has been laser focused on producing new music—much of which will be released over the rest of 2020. Even in current times under the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic, Pietro hasn’t let the stay-at-home order stop him from sharing his music. In the last month, the DJ has conducted weekly sessions, streamed live across social media platforms called Sunset Sessions with fellow DJ Miss Nine where the two take turns playing music, mixing and DJing. Despite the uncertainty of the future, Pietro remains optimistic, continuing on with his pursuit of a gentleman, whether modeling, DJing, tattooing and more.
