A truly majestic performance at Razzmatazz.

Many colleges and their students in the city gathered together for an extravaganza fest organised by the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. The event ‘Resolution’ is an annual affair that takes place for three days and this year’s theme was ‘Aether Infinium’ which appeals to the future managers by exemplifying that their ambitions and aspirations are ever-growing and there is always a zeal to reach beyond infinity.

The first day looked like a blend of singing, dance and Battle of bands. We get insights from the students on what was the one thing they took back with them from the fest.

For Sriram Ramesh a student from SIBM, it was an incredible experience as he says, “I expected to see a good number of contestants for various events, but when I saw the number of enthusiastic participants here, I was blown away. This shows the quality that is upheld every year by our college. Being a part of the public relations and media committee, I get to interact with all the event organisers and participants and I was amazed to see the kind of talent that came here.”

Saieesha Rastogi, an MBA student says, “With the benchmark set this year, the expectations from the next year’s event are already soaring high. We’re expecting the scale to be even grander next year with more number of events and even more breathtaking performances next year.”

But, the activities weren’t the only thing that kept everyone involved but the fact that many other colleges could participate was something to take back for Viplav Singh, an MBA student. He shares, “The best part according to me has been the way the fest has united the entire college. The senior and junior batches, irrespective of sections and specialisations, have worked together day and night to put together the amazing show that Revelation 2018 has been so far,” he says.

Another student from a management school in Hyderabad, Vasundhara Poole who came all the way to Bengaluru to attend the fest says, “I participated in the marketing events and I really enjoyed all the rounds. All the rounds were creative and put our marketing and selling skills on test. Overall I had a wonderful experience. There is  tough competition but it offers room for learning.”
