Video: Mind blowing mash-up of Malayalam song with Justin Bieber's Cold Water
The popular track by Justin Bieber is combined with Malayalam hit 'Nenjodu Cherthu'
Mallapuram: Mashups and Indian versions of popular tracks show a new trend which has emerged as songs like Cheap Thrills by Sia have been covered several times.
Looking at this, it was only natural that Justin Bieber’s song Cold Water was bound to be covered as it has become popular after a July 2016 release.
This time, a brother-sister duo from Mallapuram in Kerala decided to give a Malayalam twist to the song by coming up with a mash up between cold water and 2012 hit ‘Nenjodu Cherthu’.
The video has Hanan Yasir singing Justin Bieber’s lines and his sister Hanna lending her voice for the Malayalam track. It has since gone viral and has received a positive response.
Hanna is currently pursuing MBBS and Hanan Yasir runs his own YouTube channel.
