Russian woman splashes bleach on to groins of men sitting with legs spread wide
Anna Dovgalyuk called the behaviour gender aggression' and said that the country was slow in tackling it.
Men sitting with their legs spread wide also known as manspreading on trains can be annoying to a lot of people. But while many may complain about it being a public nuisance, some might go too far to prevent it.
A 20-year-old law student from Russia shocked everyone as she splashed bleach on groins of men who were manspreading. Anna Dovgalyuk called the behaviour ‘gender aggression’ and said that the country was slow in tackling it.
She has been targeting men on public transport in St Petersburg for sitting with legs spread wide and occupying more space. She used a mixture of 30 litre water and six litre bleach to tackle what she called a ‘disgusting act’.
The solution is 30 times more concentrated than the one used for laundry and eats up colour from the fabric within minutes. She said the issue is fought around the world but hushed up in Russia.
She claimed to be acting on behalf of everyone who endures manifestations of macho qualities by men on public transport.
