APSRTC Launches Special Temple Bus Service

APSRTC offers temple tours to Pancharamala temples from Visakhapatnam every Sunday in November, with convenient online booking

Visakhapatnam: The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has launched special "Pancharamshetradarshini" bus services connecting Visakhapatnam to the Pancharamala temples for the auspicious Kartika month.

The service will run every Sunday in November (3, 10, 17, and 24), offering devotees a complete temple circuit tour. Buses will depart from Dwarka Bus Station in Visakhapatnam at 5 PM on Sundays, returning by Monday night after covering all five temples.

The itinerary includes visits to the sacred temples of Amaravati, Bhimavaram, Palakollu, Draksharam, and Samalkota. Passengers may choose between two comfort levels: Super Luxury buses at Rs 2,150 per person and Ultra Deluxe buses at Rs 2,100 per person. The fare applies uniformly to adults and children.

District public transport officer B. Appala Naidu said devotees can book their tickets through the official website, apsrtconline.in, or at the Dwarka Bus Station.
