Dharmasthala: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar inaugurated Sri Saanidhya’ Queue Complex at Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala on Tuesday.
Dharmadhikari Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade emphasized the core foundation of the complex which is rooted in the principle of `Bhaktadhi devobhava’(Devotees are God).
“Every detail of the complex reflects a deep consideration for enhancing the experience of the devotees, providing them with a more organized, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their visit. The various facilities within the complex are aimed at ensuring that each devotee can have a smooth, efficient, and spiritually fulfilling experience,” he added.
Speaking at the programme the Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar congratulated Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade for envisioning the contemporary queue complex and make it happen.
“The outstanding feature of this complex is convenience for devotees and availing of technological advancements. The Sanidhya Queue Complex is beyond a physical structure; it is just not a building, it is a manifestation of our collective commitment to inclusivity, hospitality, and service. Congratulations to all who converged to realise this magnificent facility,” he said.
“Religious institutions in our country are beyond sites of faith. These are centres of community service and this place has made a huge contribution in education and healthcare. That is worth applauding and worth emulating. What a pleasant surprise to me was the extraordinary efforts made by this institution in serving rural India,” he added.
The new queue system complex 'Sri Sanidhya', equipped with the latest technology, is a three-story building spread over 2,75,177 square feet with 16 waiting halls. It has a children's care room, a weighing room, a food counter, well-maintained toilets, a VIP waiting room, AI CCTV, air conditioning, emergency medical facilities, clean drinking water, television facilities, fire safety, emergency lifts, and solar power.
The Sri Sanidhya can accommodate around ten thousand people at a time, reducing the waiting time for devotees to have darshan.
