Warangal man held for multiple bike thefts

Warangal:Police arrested Mohammad (34) from Rahmatpur, Warangal, on Monday for multiple motorbike thefts and confiscated three motorbikes from his possession.

Circle inspector Y. Satish reported that Mohammad began stealing motorbikes across the tri-cities of Hanamkonda, Warangal, and Kazipet to earn quick money. He used the proceeds from selling the stolen bikes to lead a luxurious lifestyle.

A confidential tip indicated that Mohammad was selling motorbikes cheaply to a consultancy at Alankar Junction. Acting on this information, the police conducted a raid, caught Mohammad, and seized the vehicles. After registering the case, Mohammad was sent for judicial remand.

Circle inspector Satish commended sub-inspector K. Satish, crime head constable Narayana, and constables Maheshwar, Sanjeev, and Bhaskar for their efforts to catch the bike thief.
