The CM instructed party leaders to ensure party agents carry 17C forms along with them and if they find any discrepancies between that and the polled votes in the EVMs, they should bring to the notice of the Election Commission officials immediately.
Form 17C contains booth-wise information on the number of voters who cast their vote; the voter strength in a constituency; their gender profile; the number of polling booths, EVMs and VVPAT machines.
