Khammam: Revenue minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy announced on Sunday that all eligible families would be sanctioned Indiramma houses. He made this assurance while launching his mass contact programme Prajala Chenthaku Srinanna, in the Palair Assembly segment after visiting six villages in one day.

During an interaction in Polepally, Srinivas Reddy said that the people had voted the Congress into power for Indiramma Rajyam, prioritising the welfare of the poor. He attributed the defeat of the BRS to public discontent with the leadership of former chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao.

Srinivas Reddy reiterated the Congress government's commitment to fulfilling all poll promises, including the provision of Indiramma houses, ration cards, and increased pensions to all eligible individuals. He assured that significant improvements in the lives of the poor would be evident once the election code period ended.

At Reddypalli, social worker Daripalli Ramaiah, who was awarded the Padma Shri for his work on social forestry, raised concerns about delays in municipal permissions for constructing a function hall on his land. The minister promised to address the issue with the officials promptly.

Throughout his visits, Srinivas Reddy listened to the grievances of villagers and assured them of timely resolutions.
