5-year-old girl abducted, raped at midnight in Andhra Pradesh

Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, a five-year-old girl was abducted and raped in an oil palm plantation in Nuziveedu mandal of Eluru district in Andhra Pradesh on Sunday.
The girl was abducted around 2 am by unidentified persons while she was sleeping between her parents, the family members after noticing about the girl went looking for her and found her abandoned at the plantation in a critical condition. The miscreants fled the scene.
The family members rushed her to Nuziveedu Government Hospital, where the doctors confirmed that the girl had been sexually assaulted. The girl was shifted to a hospital in Vijayawada for further treatment.
