Andhra Pradesh Extends Free Transit Housing for Employees Till 2025

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh government issued an order on Friday to extend the provision of free shared transit accommodation for employees and outsourcing staff working in the Secretariat, Assembly, Heads of Departments (HoD), and Raj Bhavan in the former districts of Vijayawada and Guntur. The extension is valid for one year, from 27 June 2024 to 26 June 2025.
The general administration department issued this order to benefit employees and outsourcing staff commuting from Hyderabad to work in Amaravati.
