AP Assembly passes four key Bills

Vijayawada:The Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly passed four key government bills during its ongoing budget session on Tuesday. The bills include: The Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Bill, 2024; The Andhra Pradesh Excise (Amendment) Bill, 2024; The Andhra Pradesh (Regulation of Trade in Indian Made Foreign Liquor, Foreign Liquor) (Amendment) Bill, 2024;

The Andhra Pradesh Prohibition (Amendment) Bill, 2024 . These amendments are aimed at streamlining the functioning of co-operatives, excise regulations, and the liquor trade in the state.
