AP gives financial aid to two food poisoning students

Visakhapatnam: Two students recently discharged from the hospital after food poisoning received Rs 50,000 in financial assistance. This follows the deaths of three students from food poisoning at an orphanage in Kailasapatnam village, Kotavuratla mandal, Anakapalle district. Other affected students are currently receiving medical care at various hospitals. The families of the deceased students have been given Rs 10 lakh in compensation. Additionally, 44 other students experiencing severe health issues received Rs 50,000 from the government. DRO B. Padmavathi distributed cheques to Marri Ranjith and Korra Sushant’s families, who were discharged after treatment on Thursday.
