Christmas Celebrations Grandly Held in Godavari Districts

 Kakinada: Christmas celebrations were held on a grand scale across the Godavari districts on Wednesday. Churches were filled with Christians, and the atmosphere was one of joy, love, and togetherness. Christians decorated their homes with handmade crafts, sparkling lights, and Santa Claus toys. The churches were adorned with vibrant lighting, and pastors led prayers, praising the Lord.

Telugu Desam leader G. Chandra Mouli in Kakinada celebrated Christmas by distributing cakes to the people. Many churchgoers also distributed cakes to passersby, stopping vehicles along the way, while children were delighted by Santa Claus figures.

District Collectors S. Shan Mohan (Kakinada), R. Mahesh Kumar (Konaseema), P. Prashanthi (East Godavari), Ch. Nagarani (West Godavari), K. Vetri Selvi (Eluru), and Ministers Kandula Durgesh and Vasamshetti Subhash participated in the Christmas celebrations and extended their greetings to Christians in their respective areas.
