Karampudi CI Narayana Swamy Withdrawn from Poll Duty

 Vijayawada: Karampudi CI Narayana Swamy has been withdrawn from election duty by the state election authorities following a directive from the AP High Court.

Macherla MLA Pinnelli Rama Krishna Reddy moved the High Court recently complaining against the CI stating that he was implicated in a false case.

The court heard the petition and directed the Chief Electoral Officer Mukesh Kumar Meena to withdraw the CI from election duty. As a result, the state election authorities issued a directive to comply with the court's order.
