Mid-Day meal scheme launched for Inter students in AP

Vijayawada: Minister for Human Resources Development (HRD) N. Lokesh launched Mid- Day Meal scheme at the government junior college at Payakapuram in Vijayawada on January 4, 2025 (Saturday).
The minister inspected the Chemistry and Physics labs at the college. Minister Satyakumar, MP Sivanath, Bonda Uma were present.
To strengthen Intermediate education, and improve attendance and results, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to implement the ‘Dokka Seethamma Mid-Day Meal’ scheme for 1,48,419 students studying in 475 government junior colleges in the State.
