Naidu threatening everyone and managing systems, alleges Sajjala
Vijayawada: YSRCP general secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy on Monday alleged the TDP president and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was threatening everyone and managing the systems.
Speaking to newsmen at the party office in Tadepalli ahead of counting of votes on Tuesday, he accused Naidu of unnecessarily trying to hold grip of the systems in the government. Alleging that the Opposition parties might hatch a conspiracy during counting of votes, Reddy asked the cadre, especially party agents to exercise more caution at the counting halls.
The agents should not come out of the counting hall until declaration by the officials was completed, he said. Referring to exit poll results declared by several national agencies, he described the results as completely wrong and the agencies would not have declared such results if Naidu did not form an alliance with the BJP.
Finding fault with the Election Commission of India’s decision that a signature would be sufficient for the validity of postal ballot votes, Reddy said nowhere in the country such a decision was implemented but only in Andhra Pradesh it was put into operation.
