SC postpones Jagan assets case

Hyderabad: The Supreme Court has deferred the petitions concerning the transfer of cases and the cancellation of bail related to the Jagan assets case.

The CBI lawyer informed the court that a status report for the CBI and ED cases was filed on Thursday evening. Justice Abhay Oka's bench mentioned they are currently reviewing the status copy submitted by the CBI. Meanwhile, lawyers for former chief minister and YSRC chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy requested additional time to examine the documents. The next hearing for this matter is scheduled for January 10.
