Visakhapatnam: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Gopinath Jatti of Visakhapatnam Range conducted a review meeting on Saturday focusing on a new strategy to combat illegal Ganja trafficking by targeting the financial assets of traffickers and their supporters.

The meeting, held at the Visakhapatnam Range Police Office, brought together police inspectors and legal advisors from five districts under the range's jurisdiction. The primary focus was on identifying and seizing properties belonging to Ganja smugglers and businessmen who provide financial backing for cannabis cultivation in the agency area.
