ED files supplementary chargesheet against Kavitha with Delhi court

Hyderabad: The Rouse Avenue court in New Delhi on Wednesday took cognisance of the Enforcement Directorate`s supplementary prosecution complaint (chargesheet) filed against BRS MLC K. Kavitha and other accused in the Delhi scrapped excise policy case.
The court issued notices to the accused and issued a warrant to produce Kavitha on June 3.
In the second week of May, the ED filed a supplementary chargesheet, in which it mentioned charges against Kavitha, Chanpreet Singh, Damodar, Prince Singh and Arvind Kumar and their role in money laundering related to the excise policy.
