President Murmu Condoles Pilgrims' Death in Haveri Accident

New Delhi: President Droupadi Murmu condoled pilgrims’ death in Haveri Accident on Friday.
In a post on X, she said. “t is saddening to learn of the death of several pilgrims including women and children in a bus accident in Karnataka’s Haveri district. I offer my condolences to the families of the victims and pray for the speedy recovery of the injured.”
At least 13 persons killed including two children were killed and four others injured after the tempo traveler in which they were traveling rammed into a stationary lorry parked on the road side. All the victims are said to be from Shivamogga district.
