Chennai:Raj Bhavan, the official residence of Governor R N Ravi, would celebrate the Navarathri festival by holding a Kolu from October 3 to 12 and the members of the public, particularly students, have been invited to take part in the festivities.

A Raj Bhavan press release on Thursday urged those interested attending the celebrations to send in their applications before September 30 by email to rbnavaratrifest@tn.gov.in.

‘A maximum of 150 visitors will be accommodated each day on a ‘first come, first-served’ basis. Applicants will receive confirmation emails with allotted time slots,’ a Raj Bhavan press release said, urging visitors to arrive at Gate No. 2 of the Raj Bhavan campus at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time, with a copy of the confirmation email and original photo identity proof.
