17 Illegal Structures Demolished in Nandagiri Hills

HYDERABAD: Responding to complaints from the locals, teams from Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection (HYDRA) demolished 17 structures built on government land in Nandagiri hills, Jubilee Hills.

All of them were temporary structures, which had grocery shops, pan shops and some washrooms.
After locals complained to HYDRA commissioner A.V. Ranganath about the encroachments, which was confirmed after field inspections, the decision to demolish the structures were taken, said a HYDRA press release here on Wednesday.
