2 Including Minor Held for Snatching

Hyderabad: The Kacheguda police arrested Shetty Rakesh, 23, of Injapur, Turkayamjal, and a minor for snatching mobile phones and bags at different places in the city. The minor has been sent to a state home. Police said Rakesh would ride a two-wheeler and the minor would the goods from unwary commuters and pedestrians.
