Adivasi Concerns Brought to CM Revanth’s Notice

Adilabad:Minister for rural development Danasari Anasuya Seethakka and Khanapur MLA Vedma Bojju met Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Monday to discuss the outcome of their recent discussions with Adivasi community leaders and organisations in Utnoor, prompted by the recent Jainoor incident and subsequent violence.

In a statement after the meeting, Dr Seethakka and Bojju shared insights with the Chief Minister regarding the opinions, aspirations, and challenges faced by the Adivasi community, particularly in terms of development in tribal areas.

Seethakka reported that the Chief Minister responded positively. A meeting with Adivasi leaders is scheduled to be convened in Hyderabad within the week. TPCC general secretary Sathu Mallesh was present during the briefing.
