Asifabad Collector Inspects CHC, Interior Villages

Adilabad: Komaram Bheem Asifabad district collector Venkatesh Dhotre visited interior villages and promised local people to improve road connectivity by constructing high-level bridges.

The collector visited Baragudem, Pothepelli, and Bejjur villages in Bejjur mandal and inspected the community health centre. The collector instructed DMHO Thuakram Bhat to take steps to provide quality medical services at the PHCs and inquired about what measures they have taken to control the seasonal diseases.

He verified attendance registers and other records at Bejjur community health centre, interacted with patients and pharmacists and inquired about the stocks of medicines. The collector said patients are suffering from dengue, body pains and malaria.

The collector instructed officials to fill potholes in Baregudem and Pothepalli villages and asked revenue officials to issue pattdar passbooks to eligible farmers if they are eligible in survey numbers 761 and 762 by forest and revenue officials.

CEO R. Laxminarayana, mandal special officer Venkatesh, Tahasidar Bhumeshwar, MPDO Gauri Shankar, Dr Avinash and others were present.
