4 year-old girl dies from pen injury in Bhadrachalam

The incident occurred on Monday evening while the girl identified as Riyanshika was doing homework and accidentally fell from the bed, causing the pen to pierce her head.

She was immediately taken to a private hospital in Khammam by her family members, where doctors performed surgery to remove the pen.

Unfortunately, after the surgery, her condition deteriorated, and she passed away.

Doctors declared that the child died due to an infection.
