Brahmotsavam at Hare Krishna golden temple from Nov. 24 to 29

Hyderabad: Hare Krishna Golden Temple is celebrating the 6th brahmotsavam celebrations from November 24 to 29.

Inaugurated in 2018, the Golden temple is presided by ancient Swayambhu Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy, Utsava Murthis of Sri Radha Govinda, Sri Panchajanyeshwara Swamy, unique Jala Garbha Narayana Saligrama Shila, other important deities and Acharya parampara.

At a specially convened programme, Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa Prabhu, President of Hare Krishna Movement, Hyderabad, released the invitation poster and programme details of the upcoming brahmotsavam and auspicious Sri Radha Govinda Mula Vigraha prathista details.

He said, “We are celebrating brahmotsavam festival at this first golden temple of Telangana, with festivities planned from November 24 to 29 and grand arrangements are currently underway.” In continuation of these ancient traditions, the temple annually celebrates the auspicious event.

The important festivities of brahmotsavam are Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Mulavar and Utsavar Abhishekam, Vishwaksena Puja and Ankurarpana on November 24, Dwaja Arohana and Unjala Seva on November 25, Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Pallaki Utsavam and Hanumad Vahanam on November 26, Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Kalyanotsavam on November 27, Garuda Vahanam on November 28 and Maha Purnahuti, Utsavar on November 29 coupled with Abhishekam and Chakra Snanam in the morning, and a grand 108 Kalasa Maha Churnabhishekam and Maha Samprokshana in the evening. This year marks the most auspicious installation of Sri Sri Radha Govinda Mula vigraha in the temple.
