Chandrasekhar Asks Party Workers to Make BJP Largest Party in Telangana

Hyderabad:Former Union minister and senior BJP leader Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Thursday appealed to party workers to take active part in the membership drive to make the BJP the largest party in Telangana to realise the dream of a developed nation and a developed Telangana.

Chandrasekhar along with the state membership drive in-charge N. Ramchander Rao, Malkajgiri MP Etala Rajendar, Chevella MP Konda Vishweshwar Reddy and others took part in a workshop of party workers in Kushaiguda of ECIL. He was also personally involved in enrolling party workers in LB Nagar, Peerjadiguda, Pedda Golconda in Shamshabad limits and other areas in the twin cities.

Claiming that the membership drive took off with a huge response in the state, Chandrasekhar said the party is getting good response right from the first time voters to senior citizens, including women. He said the BJP already emerged as the largest party in terms of membership in the world and in the country and it will repeat the same in the current membership drive.

Hundreds of advocates enrolled in the party in presence of Chandrasekhar at Ranga Reddy Courts Complex near LB Nagar.
