Siddipet: Five Youth Drown in Kondapochamma Sagar Reservoir

The deceased have been identified as Dhanush (20), Lohith (17), Dineswar (17), Jatin (17), and Sahil (17), all residents of Hyderabad.

According to the police, seven youths from Hyderabad had visited the reservoir to spend some time. While swimming, they slipped into deep water, and five of them tragically drowned. Two youths, Mrugank and MD Ibrahim, managed to survive the mishap.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has expressed deep grief over the incident and has ordered authorities to intensify search operations for any missing persons with the help of professional divers.

The CM has also instructed district officials to closely monitor the situation and ensure that appropriate relief measures are taken.
