Gulf Migrant Dies by Suicide on Railway Track

Nizamabad:A Gulf migrant worker on Saturday committed suicide by standing on a railway track near Navipet railway station. The deceased was identified as Alle Vinod Kumar of Abhangapatnam village in Navipet mandal. According to Nizamabad police sub inspector H. Sai Reddy, Alle Vinod Kumar returned from the Gulf seven months ago and planned to go to Dubai for employment.

He was depressed over failing in the medical test for the visa. Due to financial problems, he might have resorted to the extreme step, the SI said. Vinod left home on Friday night and was found dead on the railway track near Navipet railway station, he said. The body was shifted for post-mortem at Government General Hospital in Nizamabad.
