How did you lease illegal place: Congress to KTR

Following information that HYDRA was contemplating to demolish the farmhouse in Janwada, KTR on Wednesday said he had taken it on lease.

Hyderabad: Telangana Congress here on Wednesday slammed BRS working president KT Rama Rao (KTR) for taking a farmhouse in Janwada at Shankarpally in erstwhile Ranga Reddy district on lease in spite of knowing that it was an illegal construction.

Responding to the remarks made by KTR while interacting with media persons here on Wednesday that he had taken the farmhouse on lease, Telangana Congress sought to know how KTR took the illegal building on lease.

“Isn’t KTR, who worked as Municipal Administration Minister, ashamed of speaking irresponsibly? Did you give permission for the illegal construction? How much did you pay for the lease? If you have the guts, reveal the bank statements related to it?” the Congress asked in a tweet.

HYDRA is carrying out a demolition drive against the illegal constructions that came up in the limits of Full Tank Level (FTL) and in buffer zones. Following information that HYDRA was contemplating to demolish the farmhouse in Janwada, KTR on Wednesday he had taken it on lease.
