He was accompanied by Chief Justice of the Telangana High Court Alok Aradhe. These initiatives are intended to benefit the justice delivery system.

The e-sewa kendras were conceptualised by the e-committee of the Supreme Court of India and were aimed at enhancing public access to legal and judicial services. The kendras offer a wide range of services including case status inquiries, location of courts, e-petition filing, e-court app guidance, e-mulakat appointment booking, legal aid information, traffic challan inquiries, virtual interactions, document retrieval, RTI assistance and others.

The e-kendras are located in Banswada, Bhadrachalam, Chevella, Devarakonda, Manoranjan Complex in Hyderabad, Sultanabad, Ibrahimpatnam, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Shadnagar and , Vemulawada, among others.

Artificial intelligence tools, originally developed by National Informatic Centre, Delhi, have been customised for the use of judicial officers by the in-house NIC team of the High Court. Three AI tools — Shruthi, Saaransh, and Panini — were introduced. Shruthi facilitates speech-to-text transcription, aiding in recording orders, judgments, and evidence. Saaransh generates concise summaries of documents and judgments, while Panini translates legal texts between English and vernacular languages.
Justice Narasimha said:”If we don't keep in touch with technology, we might become technological illiterates.”

Justice Alok Aradhe stressed on the goal of bridging the gap between justice and the public through technology. He highlighted the importance of these initiatives to reduce court burdens and minimise dependency on human effort.
