Hyderabad: Army School Annual Day Celebrated

 Hyderabad: “Celebrate life’s challenges and joys alike, for they shape who we are,” said Brig. Shailendra Singh, Commandant of AOC Centre and chairman of Army Public School (APS), RK Puram, while addressing the audience at the school’s 26th Annual Day celebrations.

Urging students to approach every phase of life with resilience and optimism, he praised their efforts and performances that brought the event’s theme Joie-de-Vivre: Khushiyon ka Safar – Celebrating Life as it Comes to life.

The Annual Day, held on December 14, was a vibrant showcase of creativity and hard work. The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and an invocation dance, setting the tone for the evening. The school’s annual report was presented, detailing notable achievements in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities.

Simmi Singh, the guest of honour, applauded the students and faculty for their dedication to holistic education. Students delivered various cultural performances, including music, dance and drama, all centred around the theme of celebrating life in its various shades. Each act resonated with the spirit of joy, unity, and hope, captivating the audience.
