 Hyderabad: The second (II) special judicial magistrate M. Swamy of Nampally court pronounced five days of simple imprisonment to a businessman for creating public nuisance. Accused Sarfaraz Khan, 24, of Golconda, had been arrested by Habeebnagar police and booked in cases under 70b and 70c of the HCP Act and was sent to Chanchalguda Central Prison, Habeebnagar police station inspector T. Rambabu said.
