Hyderabad: Union ministers Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Bandi Sanjay reached Hyderabad to assess the damage due to the recent floods.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy welcomed the Central ministers at the camp office.

They held a meeting with the officials concerned and the Chief Secretary to know about the damage due to the floods.

Later, the Union ministers would tour the flood-affected regions and try to assess the damage due to the rain-induced floods in Telangana.

Earlier, Union mnister Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited the flood-affected part in Andhra Pradesh. He promised that the Centre and state governments will extend all possible assistance to the flood-hit in the state.

Chouhan visited Kesarapalli rea in Krishna district. He also interacted with the farmers who showed him their damaged crops.

TDP senior leader Atchannaidu and BJP state president Purandeswari accompanied him.
